The list below represents all of our standard shipping documentation for export shipments. You may need to complete one or more of these forms depending upon the nature of your shipment. If you are unsure whether you need to complete any of these documents then please check with one of our dedicated shipping specialists.
Relevant documents should be completed and returned to us BEFORE shipment so that our one of our shipping team can check them carefully.
All shipping consignments should be described by a packing list. This should detail number of cases/cartons/packages and the contents of each. It need NOT specify values as these would be detailed in a commercial invoice.
All commercial shipments to countries outside of the EU should be accompanied by a commercial shipping invoice. This should give a clear description of each item within the shipment, the sale price and details of the shipper and recipient. If the shipper is a business then the relevant VAT number (if applicable) should be shown as part of the shippers details. A commercial invoice is not required if you are a private individual shipping your own used personal effects.
