The list below represents all of our standard shipping documentation for excess baggage shipments. You may need to complete one or more of these forms depending upon your destination and mode of shipment. If you are unsure whether you need to complete any of these documents then please check with one of our dedicated baggage specialists.
Relevant documents should be completed and returned to us BEFORE collection so that our one of our baggage team can check them carefully.
All customers should complete a Shipping Instructions form. The information given on this form will be used for customs declarations and overseas delivery, so please ensure you complete it carefully, making sure to include telephone numbers and email contact for both the UK and your overseas address.
All baggage shipments should be accompanied by an itemised packing list. Each package for shipment should be labelled with a number corresponding to the item on the packing list.
Customers wishing to cover their goods under our Marine Transit insurance during the removal process should complete the insurance valuation form and submit to us before collection take place.
Hazardous Goods Declaration – Airfreight Consignments
Customers who are sending their goods by air freight should additionally complete a hazardous goods declaration form to confirm that no items that are prohibited from being loaded to an aircraft have been included within their boxes.
